Terms & Conditions of Wang Yu Universe - Layman's Version

Of course, Wang Yu Universe, like any other site, comes with a set of rules - known as terms and conditions - for using it. For us, the rules aren't really stringent, just a few simple ones. However, you still need to follow thewm in order to use the site - rulebreakers risk severe punishments that we won't disclose.

This is a layman's version of the Terms and Conditions of Wang Yu Universe for those surfers who are weak in English and can't understand legal gibberish. But don't let people see you here or they'll know you're weak in English. If your English teacher or anyone walks by, quickly click the above link to return to the normal "Terms and Conditions"

1. By using Wang Yu Universe, you agree to follow with the Terms and Conditions of this site. You also agree that we have the right to do what we think is best to correct the situation if anyone breaks the TAC.

2. When using WYU, do not make or give others access to porn, "dirty" or offensive content, or anything that is illegal.

3. When using WYU, do not break copyright laws. Do not claim others' work as your own or steal others' work without giving credit to the person who created it.

4. When using WYU, do not try, for any reason, to hack any computer system or software. Do not ask for information that may be private or illegal, such as people's NeoPets passwords.

5. When using WYU, if you submit anything to us - such as praise for Wang Yu or pictures posted on our forums - it automatically becomes ours - but we will share it with you. We can do what we want with it - such as uploading pics to the Gallery or telling Wang Yu how much you love her - without your permission. Usually, we will ask you first though, unless it is neccesary to use the info for our purpose - for example, if legal matters are involved, or if we need to protect our users.

6. When using WYU, you are responsible for all your actions, so please be careful when using it, so that you will not harm yourself or other users. We are not responsible for what other users do. Although we will take safety measures to make sure all users are safe and follow the rules, we are not responsible for anything bad that happens to you while using WYU - such as if someone plants a virus into our servers and your com gets infected, or someone cheated you of your NeoPets account. Such damage may be because of other users, or some mistake or limitation on our part. Though we will do our best to help anyone who has suffered such damage while using the site, you cannot force us to do so.

7. We may change these rules at any time and for any reason - which we do not have to tell you. You must follow the new rules - and cannot force us to help you if you have suffered any damage or inconvenience because of the rule change.
