Terms & Conditions of Wang Yu Universe

Of course, Wang Yu Universe, like any other site, comes with a set of rules - known as terms and conditions - for using it. For us, the rules aren't really stringent, just a few simple ones. However, you still need to follow them in order to use the site - rulebreakers risk severe punishments that we won't disclose.

1. By using Wang Yu Universe (hereinafter referred to as "THE SITE"), you (hereinafter referred to as "THE USER") agree that you will adhere to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "THE RULES"), and should you refuse to adhere to THE RULES, the webmasters running THE SITE (hereinafter referred to as "THE STAFF"), reserve the right to take any action as we may deem fit in order to resolve the situation.

2. When using THE SITE, THE USER is not permitted to create or make available obscene, sexual, pornographic, illegal or otherwise offensive or inappropriate content, material or information.

3. When using THE SITE, THE USER is not permitted to infringe intellectual property rights, such as violating copyright laws.

When using THE SITE, should THE USER submit any material in any form, including writing or picture, (hereinafter referred to as "THE WORK") to THE STAFF, THE WORK automatically becomes the joint property of THE STAFF and THE USER, and THE STAFF reserve the right to, for any reason whatsoever, distribute, edit or use THE WORK for any reason whatsoever which need not be provided, without the prior approval and permission of THE USER, though generally THE STAFF will first contact THE USER before using THE WORK, unless it is absolutely neccesary for legal reasons, to prevent any type of loss, injury, death, disability, mishap, inconvenience or damage whatsoever, or to keep THE SITE running.

5. When using THE SITE, THE USER is responsible for all his actions, and should take precautions to ensure the safety of anyone, including himself, using the site. THE STAFF is not responsible for the actions of other users, and although THE STAFF will take all precautions to ensure the safety of all users and that THE RULES are being adhered to, THE USER must indemnify THE STAFF from any loss, injury, death, disability, mishap, liability, inconvenience or any kind of damage arousing from the use or misuse of THE SITE, possibly caused by the actions of other uses or negligence, error or restriction of ability on the part of THE STAFF, and that THE STAFF is at no liabilty to compensate or resolve any such damage caused by use of THE SITE, though we will do so to the best of our ability.

6. THE STAFF reserves the right to periodically change or alter THE RULES, for any reason whatsoever which need not be provided, and that THE USER must adhere to the new RULES, and THE STAFF is not liable to compensate or correct any loss, injury, death, disability, inconvenience, or damage whatsoever arising from the changes of THE RULES.
